The head of the Libyan Center for Research and Studies, Mr. Mahmoud Al-Ghatmi, held a meeting with Dr. Muhammad Al-Jaghlali, Advisor to the Center for Humanitarian Dialogue, at the headquarters of the Libyan Center in Tripoli. The meeting was attended by Mr. Jamal Duwaish, Director of the Research and Studies Department at the Libyan Center. The meeting discussed enhancing aspects of cooperation between the two centers in many fields, such as training and capacity building. Mr. Al-Ghatmi presented a set of the center’s publications to Dr. Al-Jaghlali. The Center for Humanitarian Dialogue is a key partner of the United Nations Mission in Libya. It is an independent center headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, with headquarters in Nairobi and another in Singapore. It is present in 25 countries around the world and deals with 40 conflict situations.
