The Libyan Research and Studies Center (L.R.S.C) was established on July 1, 2018, as an independent institution dedicated to research and studies in the social and human sciences.
The Center consists of several departments and units operating under a unified organizational structure designed to ensure the effective implementation and supervision of its programs and activities.
Its mission is rooted in a comprehensive vision and noble objectives aimed at developing the Libyan individual intellectually, and socially.
The Libyan Research and Studies Center is committed to collaborative, transparent, and internationally aligned research practices. Its main objectives include:
Emphasizing the right to citizenship, the spirit of belonging, and the preservation of identity and religious and national constants.
Encouraging a spirit of participation, positivity, and harmony with current events and developments with greater transparency and responsibility.
Investing in human skills and capabilities, and developing young talents in all fields and specializations.
Studying Libyan society's issues, diagnosing its problems through scientific research and studies, and benefiting from them.
Governmental and non-governmental institutions and organizations, as well as local, regional and international research centers cooperating with it
