A new publication by the Center. A book entitled (The African Union’s Efforts to Resolve Internal Conflicts, a Case Study of the Libyan Crisis 2011-2019) was published. The book is (302) pages long and is the first publication in the Center’s series of university theses. It was authored by researcher Mahmoud Al-Ghatmi. The book focused on the mediation efforts made by all African Union agencies between the conflicting Libyan parties from March 2011 to the end of December 2019. At the end of the book, the researcher evaluated these initiatives and the most important political and security challenges they faced. The book will be available in bookstores.
