The President of the Libyan Center for Research and Studies participated in the fifth edition of the “Russia and the Middle East” Forum, which kicked off today at the Russian State Library in the heart of Moscow and will continue for three days.

The forum is organized under the supervision of the Primakov Center for International Cooperation and the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, with the participation of 29 distinguished figures, including researchers, academics, experts, and diplomats from Russia, Libya, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Turkey, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait.

The President of the Center contributed to the event through a research paper presented in the third scientific session titled:

“Rethinking Political Islam: Between Radicalization and Adaptation.”
